About these terms

These terms apply to newagelongevity.app, the New Age Longevity weekly email, and the content we publish on Instagram and Facebook. By using them, you agree to these terms.

General information, not medical advice

Everything we publish is general information about health, habits and research. It isn't medical advice, it isn't tailored to you, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.

• Talk to your doctor or another qualified health professional before changing your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, medication or the way you manage a health condition.
• Don't ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read or watched here.
• In an emergency, call 000 (in Australia) or your local emergency number.

How we make our content

We base our content on published research and check numbers against their sources. We use AI tools to help research, write and produce it, and a person reviews it before it goes out. Even so, research changes, studies have limits, and we can make mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us at support@newagelongevity.app and we'll fix it.

When we say a study shows a link, we mean an association, not proof that one thing causes another.

The weekly email

The email is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We may change how often it's sent, or stop sending it.

Products, links and sponsorship

We don't sell health products. If we ever include affiliate links or sponsored content, we'll say so clearly where it appears. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Using our content

Our posts, Reels, graphics, emails and website content, and the New Age Longevity name and tree logo, belong to us. You're welcome to share our posts using the platform's share tools, or to quote a small part with credit to New Age Longevity. Please don't republish, sell or pass off our work as your own without our written permission.

Fair use of the site

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break it, overload it, sign other people up without their consent, or scrape it for commercial use.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, our content is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or harm that comes from relying on general information we publish, or from the site or email being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site or stay subscribed after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
