Who we are

New Age Longevity is a registered business name based in Queensland, Australia. We publish general health and longevity content on this website, in a weekly email and on Instagram and Facebook. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean New Age Longevity. It covers newagelongevity.app and the weekly email.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for the weekly email.
• Email activity: our email provider records whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can tell what people find useful.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run the site and keep it secure.
• Anything you send us, if you email us.

We don't ask for health information, we don't use advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set marketing or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To send you the weekly email you signed up for.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To keep the website running and secure.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't signed up for.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run things:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores the email list and sends the weekly email.
• Vercel hosts this website.

Both are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there. They handle it under their own privacy and security terms, and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Instagram and Facebook

If you follow or message us on Instagram or Facebook, Meta's privacy policy applies to what you do there. We only see what those platforms show any account owner, such as your public profile and messages you send us.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Once you unsubscribe, you won't get the weekly email again.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@newagelongevity.app and we'll deal with it within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of that so we don't email you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and your details are held by our providers on secured systems. No method of storing or sending data online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

The website and weekly email are for adults. They aren't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Australian privacy law

We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@newagelongevity.app. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll mention it in the weekly email.
